[with Lady Death's permission]
Purgatori dodged the nameless wolfs and went after Lady Death again this time she managed to cold clock her and took her body and flew back inside Darkseid's palace seeing how everyone was making there way there. She couldn't miss the look on Pepper's face when she sees what she had done to Tony. She dropped Lady Death onto the floor near her didn't want her meal to go to far when she comes to "They'll be here soon for you." She said looking up at Tony a moment then watched as his blood dripped onto the floor below.

Zealot followed behind everyone watching there backs and taking out anyone who was still alive. "Let's move it people before the whole planet comes after us." She said as she killed another Parademon and kicked another one in the head as he fell to the ground she noticed it got a little bit darker then looked up to see the sky full of Parademons "Oh shi . . ." She trailed off before turning to run towards the others "MOVE IT OR DIE!" She yelled as she passed them heading for Darkseid's place.

Pepper cut a Parademon in two and felt her suit catch as a Hound tried to scratch her. She flung it off and looked at the material. It looked unharmed. The suit was spectacular! She grinned at it and touched the diamond on her chest then looked at he ring on her finger. I'm coming.
She saw Nemesis start to cut a path through the demons and she ran after the other woman. She heard the alarmed shout from Zealot and ran faster, coming even with Nemesis and helping the woman tear down the demons in their way. Hell roared around them, and she shoved down all of her emotion. Now was not the time to care. Darkseid's palace loomed before them and she pelted towards it as fast as she could.

Finally the master thief jumped through the boomtube only to see that all of Hell was coming for them. "Well, that can't be good." Around his waist he had what appeared to be a utility belt of some kind, most of the items on there were things he was working on right up until the last minute.
The Spot opened up a portal in front of himself, and once he jumped through it he was right in front of Pepper's group. He opened up another warp portal, which would take them right to the front of the palace--Jonathan saw no point in fighting a horde of creatures when he could escape with such ease. "Shall we be going, then?!"
Michael slashed through a few more Parademons with his saber, and then looked to see Spot standing next to a portal. "I knew there was a reason I liked you!" He said as he sheathed his weapon. "Let's go!" He called to the others as he motioned to the portal.
~Now what was that supposed to mean?~ Dr. Ohnn thought to himself as he arched a brow.
Mike quickly ran over to the portal and jumped through, hoping that the others would follow. Echo arrived at the doors of the palace, and then waited for his allies.

Pepper didn't even stop when the portal opened in front of her. She knew enough to realize what had happened and she shot a look to Jonathan Ohnn as he waved for everyone to get into the portal. Mouthing a thank you, she sprang through.
When she emerged on the other side, she staggered, not because of disorientation, but of a wave of sudden and pure terror. The castle loomed above her, threatening, foreboding, and deadly, and for just a second she questioned her decision to be here. She was about to take on a god and she was just a mere mortal. Did she truly have a chance?
And then she thought of that little smouldering spot on the ground outside Tiffany's, and the sparkling ring on her finger. She looked up to see Echo standing there and she smiled slightly. "Your suit works wonders, Mr. Watz," she said. "I hope it stands up to a God."
She walked towards the doors of the castle.

"Where I come from there's only one God, and I know for a fact he's not through these doors." Echo said as he looked over at Pepper. "So, you've nothing to worry about." He stated with a small grin as he walked beside the armored woman with his hands clenched in fists.
~Lord, be with us all as we enter into battle against this fiend. Please God, protect my friends and allies, and may we all return home safely.~ Michael prayed silently, and calmly as he approached the doors.

Nemesis jumped into the portal and out the other side nearly running over Echo. "Maybe in your world there is only one God but in the real world there are many just because you don't worship them doesn't mean there not here. And it doesn't mean get cocky." She said the last part to Echo "Darkseid can and will kill you he has no heart." She said looking up at the doors before kicking them open "Purgatori is a Goddess as well she'll kill the men and turn the rest of us into her sex slaves." She said looking at Pepper out of the corner of her eye. "Better watch yourself Purgatori makes Stark look like a newbie when it comes to women." She said before looking foreword again making her way inside ready for whatever might happen.

Zealot had also made her way into the portal as well "Into the belly of the best and out the demon's ass." she said before following Nemesis inside as if she was following her into hell its self. Which was party right Apokolips was a lot like hell or so they say the only ones here who would know that for sure was Lady Death and Purgatori. She wasn't scared like the others she was ready to die if it came to that though she'd be one of the last ones along with Nemesis and Lady Death left alive in the end she doubt the others would last very long.

Jonathan jumped through the portal after Zealot, arriving just in time to hear Nemesis' rant about Purgatori killing people and turning women into sex slaves. "Blast! Of all the times for me to be without my camera!" Spot joked a little to ease his allies' nerves. Plus, what man could turn down such an opportunity to make a dirty joke?
The super-powered thief walked close to the group, unafraid of what awaited him inside. After all, there was no danger a man of his talents could not avoid with proper timing.

Echo had plenty he would have liked to say to Nemesis, but he didn't, he just kept walking with the group. He could tell right away that there was no point in arguing with this women, she was definitely a stubborn one. No matter what he said she would dismiss it, and continue to believe whatever she wanted. He knew what she called a god, and he knew what he called God, and they were not the same. There were beings of great power, like Darkseid, but they were not gods, they were beings of vast but not unlimited power. Only God had unlimited power, and that's what made Him who and what he was, but Mike had a feeling that even if he pointed that out Nemesis would merely think him a fool. So, he kept his mouth shut. He listened halfway to the rest of her rant, and then The Spot said something that caught him off-guard, and he tried his best to keep from busting out laughing.

Pepper pretty much ignored everything around her. Well. That wasn't entirely true. She paid attention but dismissed most of it as comic relief one might hear in the films. Plus she was still coming to terms with the huge danger of Darkseid's castle, the fact that Dr. Ohnn looked like a Dalmatian puppy springing around, and Mr. Watz was turning into a cocky teenager. The comment about Stark did nothing but bring a lifted eyebrow to Pepper's countenance, and her stomach turned a little. She wasn't much for girl on girl action - really it had been a while since she'd had any action, period, and she wasn't looking to get started with a goddess in a slave role.
What was even more disturbing to her was that she was actually thinking about this as she walked into Darkseid's enormous castle. Something dripped on her as she walked through the doors and she brushed her hand over it. The strong stench of blood reached her nostrils and her stomach turned. She wiped her hand on her suit, not wanting to look up and see the disemboweled creature or whatever was baptizing the newcomers as they headed into the castle, and instead looked around. The great entryway had lots of columns and places to hide and shoot from, and was wide enough for a full-scale battle to take place in. Which, Pepper was thinking, was going to happen. Red light shone down on everyone and as Pepper turned left and right it glinted off the diamond in her chest, turning it ruby.
She saw, in the darkness ahead, a large and formidable woman with the demon-glow of white eyes. An evil smile split her red lips, and fangs poked suggestively down. As Pepper's eyes adjusted, she saw the great black wings sprouting from the woman's back. She looked like a Harpy from the underworld, but there was a sort of beauty in her long black hair and sinuous movement. She gave a slow nod. "It's Purgatori," she said.

"Its about time you guys got here." Purgatori said walking into the light stepping over Lady Death "I have something I've been dying to show Pepper." She said pointing behind them above the door way before looking over at Pinhead "Do it." She told him. He nodded and chains with hooks came out of the walls and embedded themselves into Tony's skin on his face, chest and legs. "Do you like it? I worked so hard on it." She said before laughing. Just then the pool of blood on the floor below Stark began to move on its own at lest that's what it looked like until it flew pasted Peppers head and over to Purgatori it twisted and turned around her body forming into a whip in her free hand in the other one still held the blood sword she had created before. "Its time to play kiddies." She said before leaping into the air and coming down in front of Pepper "I'm going to enjoy playing with you." She said before bringing her booted foot up to kick the other women hard in the chest.

Nemesis ignored the cocky little brat known as Echo knowing he would most likely get himself killed she smiled to herself at that thought. Just because she was good didn't mean she liked everyone. Being the first one in the room she was the first to spot Purgatori and was going to attack her but stopped in her tracks when the she demon pointed to the area above the door way. Turning around she saw Tony Stark there or what was left of him and then saw the hooks and would have lost her lunch if she didn't have a strong stomach "Found Tony..." She said

Pepper turned.
At first, the sight that met her eyes almost took her to the floor. It was to her benefit and probably the disappointment of everyone around her that she didn't scream. Her eyes widened and she gasped audibly - but she didn't scream.
The blood she had wiped on her suit had come from Tony Stark's flayed body, likely from one of the broken and nearly useless legs that hung from his waist. Numerous cuts and bruises marred his face and the bits of skin that showed through his torn clothing were red with blood. His hair, matted, stuck to his head as though glued, and his head hung like the rest of him - almost useless. Forget Raza and the Ten Rings. Forget Obadiah Stane. Tony Stark was nearly unrecognizable, and Pepper only counted the fact that she'd known him for years as the reason why she could see him up there.
The hooks that embedded itself in his body tore new holes and Pepper's eyes began to flutter shut. She forced them to stay open, focused on the still-working arc reactor. His heart was beating and he was alive. If he saw her, he would know she'd come for him. He'd know that she was going to do anything it took to get him free. Which also meant she needed to stay on her feet and alive. I love you.
She turned around, her eyes cold as ice and just as blue, and her face of stone. Purgatori said something that Pepper ignored, and she saw the foot rise off the ground. She ducked it and thrust up with the sword, aiming for the woman's crotch. Purgatori was still kicking up with her foot, and Pepper stabbed up with all she had.

Tony had been hanging around for a while waiting for something to happen he wasn't really sure what was going on. He's head was spinning mostly due to the blood lost and hunger they hardly feed him and when they did it wasn't much ate better when the ten rings had him. Tony had been fading in and out the whole time and finally came to enough to notice Pepper was staring up at him at lest he hoped it was really her he wasn't so sure anymore. Purgatori had been playing games with him by taking her form some how and made him think she was there with him before he was put up here. He was going to say something but before he could he felt something a lot of something embed its self into his skin and began pulling and all he could do was let out a blood curdling scream.
