Black Panther was in Regiment 13 though he may have been on occasional missions alongside with Regiment 7.

Batgirl was a neutral along w/Dick Grayson. She was (and still is) a college student .
Someone had to stay home and look after the U.S. didn't they?

i dont know the regiments, but Spider-man was there
and the wars made him a little more serious than he was before

I'm not sure where Storm would be on this. Taking a life is not really in her nature, even if she did have to resort to such an act in the past, but she doesn't stand by while innocent people are getting killed either x__X

Taking a life is not really in her nature, even if she did have to resort to such an act in the past, but she doesn't stand by while innocent people are getting killed either x__X Storm could be a member of Regiment 9: Elementals. Like Superboy-Prime suggested above, you should check out The Diary of an Untouchable. It would not be out of the ordinary for Ororo to serve the Regiments as a noncombatant, conducting rescue missions and aiding refugees and such. |

I did, but it doesn't explain anything about what most of those regiments did, which is why I was uncertain. But if they did have non combative units as well, then Storm would've easily fit in there, with Elementals. |
