Thought this would be a nice addition to our site. I'll be giving a quick briefing on it now.
Posting a relationship profile is not required, though I thought it would be an interesting way to expand on relationships, romances and personal plots.
I have posted my thread as an example.

You may use my thread as a template or basis for your own if you wish to. Just make it your own, and make sure it includes the form for others to fill out.
Others may reply to these profiles as a way to keep track of the history characters have with one another, and to form new relationships and open roleplay possibilities.
