Diana walked threw the city of Themyscira looking for her mother she had to talk to her about something it was about her wedding she wanted to have it here on the island and hoped her mother would agree with it even though she was against their marriage in the first place but maybe she would change her mind for this.

This was the only safe place she could think of to have it the Secret Sanctuary was out of the question after what had happened at Dinah and Ollie's wedding and she really didn't want to get married in the watchtower. It was a nice place and everything just not someplace anyone would want to get married at right?

Hippolyta was walking through her fair city, a golden crown atop her head and a crisp white gown sweeping against the tops of her sandaled feet. There was something going on in Themyscira, and the stately queen stepped calmly through Paradise Island.

It wasn't until moments later when she spotted her beautiful daughter. Princess Diana of Themyscira.She wondered what Diana was up to and took another step forward to greet her. She appeared a bit nervous, which was rare for the strong willed woman.

Diana looked up to see her mother had appeared almost out of no where it seemed. "You seem to be in a better mood then you where the last time I was here." She said with a smile as she hugged her mother. "I wish to ask if you would bend the no men are aloud on the island law for 24 hours." she said readying herself to get yelled at like she had before. "I want to get married here if its alright with you, I want you all to be apart of my wedding. It wouldn't seem right if everyone wasn't there." She said looking her mother in the eye to see what her reaction would be. Diana had hoped they wouldn't get into another argument over this whole thing that was the last thing she had wanted.

Hippolyta draped her strong and slender arms around her beloved daughter. Yes, she was in a better mood than last she had spoken with Diana. She had come to accept her daughters choices. Accept, but that was it. She wouldn't condone them or anything.

But as Diana began to speake, the amazonian queen could hardly believe her ears. She was expected to bend the rules of her Themyscira so that it may host a marriage she did not want in the first place. Hippolyta did not believe in marriage and certainly did wants said events to take place here, of all places.

"Absolutely not!", she shouted as the pair of blue eyes met hers.

Diana pulled back and away from her mother "Why must you be so against this?" She asked with a frown then sighed "This wasn't my first choice but after what happened at Dinah and Ollie's wedding I thought about having it here everyone would be safe from being attacked from every major super villain out there. I have a feeling it's going to be worst this time and they might get lucky and kill some of us." She said not sounding as angry as she did moments ago more like worried last time was a surprised attack this time there might be more of them and to many to handle.

Hippolyta inhaled deeply, careful to maintain her dignified stance and air. Her eyelids fluttered shut in frustration. She hadn't wanted her daughter to marry the man, and while she would of course be in attendance, she simply could not bring herself to allow the ceremony to occur here.She opened her eyes again very quickly, in an almost snapping motion. She stood hard for several moments as she looked down at her beautiful daughter. The worry that emanated from her was as plain as day.

The queen inhaled rather deeply again and shook her head. Diana was right, there would most definitely be some sort of problems if the wedding occurred most anywhere else. The loose curls that draped around her long neck bounced lightly as she continued to shake her head.

"I shall...consider it..", a smaller voice than before finally answered.
