An "Elite" member is a member who has been given powers beyond that of a normal member. Being an elite requires the following...
[x] Recruit one new member.
[x] Post at minimum three advertisements.
[x] Have at least 50 posts under your belt.
When you have become an Elite Members, these are the new tools you will have at your disposal.
[x] Bump threads
[x] Sticky threads
[x] Create announcements
[x] Reply to locked threads
[x] View poll voters
[x] Have your name appear in a different color
[x] PM all members at once
[x] View Invisible users
[x] Unlimited avatar/signature requests

This is GREAT! When you say three advertisments, do you mean advertise this board three times or post three advertisments here?

You go out there outside of this site an make ads, I did it already in the past and recruited I believe also at a great cost of that particalar site I chose to recruit on. Now I have to aim for fifty post, big deal.
