Miraculous events have occured through out the time line in our world, and even in worlds beyond our own. The superhumans we love and hate, the villains we fear and fight, their constant battles seem to be intertwined with these events. Such things are reality warping, legend giving, life taking, and still they continue to happen over and over again. Will the battle of Good and Evil ever end?
Not nearly soon enough.
Just when we thought it was safe to go outside. Just when we thought that there was finally a time of peace, the Super War broke out among us. The greatest fight of villains and heros, mercenarys and vigilantes, rogues and theifs. Not only are the super humans in a constant battle with eachother,the government has bitten off more than it can chew. They formed their own band of Super Droids called the Divine. These Droids know one thing and one thing only; destroy any and all super humans that they deem a threat.
There are few that fight like it's their everyday crime, and few who have given up. But not all will sit back and watch. A being that is from not a planet, but a different plane of existence entirely was summoned to earth by the powers of Doctor Doom. Doom originally summoned the being to earth so he could steal away it's powers and become godly, but his plans failed when the entity annhiliated him.
The being rampaged the earth and fought blinedly with many super humans, almost killing every single one of them. Superbeings around the world, villains and heros alike had to join forces, whether they liked it or not to bring it down. Finally, with the efforts of Nightwing, Members of the Justice League, the Hive Iron Man, Hulk, Lex Luthor and the Fantastic Four, the being was brought down, and Bludhaven burned to the ground with it. The catasrophic events of that day ended the First Super War, and earned a legendary and feared name, Day of Contrition.
Three years later, an attack on Xavier's School for the Gifted caused the flames of hate and discrimination to burn once again. The Divine Droids were unleashed once again, and the constant battle of good and evil met a new fury. The Second Super War had begun.
Cities have been destroyed, lives have been taken, and teams have bee torn apart. With the earth in such termoil, who will be able to stop all of this chaos?
A new super human, who had never been heard of before, has teamed up with Booster Gold and, with the support of Nightwing, began a group of new super humans called the New Legends. Will they form alliances with good forces, branch out into evil, or will they be the very schism that will split the earth, and bring about the cataclysm that will end the war once and for all?
When the World is in the midst of a raging war, only you can make the choice to end it once and for all.
