Appearance: Harley Quinn wears a harlequin-type costume with matching cap and shoes. She wears white clown face makeup along with black lipstick and a mask. When her cap is off she has blonde hair usually tied into twin ponytails.

Learned Abilities: Harley Quinn is a High-Level Gymnast, giving her great general agility. She also knows a great deal about psychoanalysis.
Equipment: Harley Quinn usually carries around a few oddly-shaped grenades (the shape is usual that of a heart.) She also carries around a gun that looks a lot like a toy gun.
Weaknesses (Must Have): Harley can become very obsessive of the people that she loves, especially the Joker. She can also snap easily, having severe mood swings. What's worse is that her moods are expressed thoroughly and very intensely. Harley Quinn also has a temper when it comes to anyone harming her loved ones.
Background: Before she fatefully interned at Arkham Asylum, Harleen Quinzel was the girl that was cheerful, happy, and not stressed at all. She was on the gymnastics team at her school, and her gymnastics earned her a scholarship to Gotham University. Despite getting there through Gymnastics, Harley wanted a degree in the Psychology department.
However, she didn't do so great on her final grade, but she made it up with seducing her professor. That got her to the top marks and therefore a internship to the Arkham Asylum. That was where she met the Joker, and fell passionately in love with him.
The Joker escaped, chaos probably ensued in Gotham, and he was returned, beaten to a pulp by the batman. Harleen snapped, going to a costume shop and buying a harlequin costume. Harleen Quinzel, now Harley Quinn, broke him out of Arkham.
At one point in one of the attempts to get rid of Harley she met Poison Ivy and they had a great time together. Now, Harley has two obsessive loves, Poison Ivy and the Joker.
Personality : Harley is a highly expressive and excitable person, always bouncing around. She has major mood swings coupled with a temper and her emotions being very, very intense. She is unpredictable and utterly insane, making her a dangerous foe. Harley is very determined when it comes to things that she's working on, willing to do anything to succeed.

Brief Sample Roleplay Harley Quinn gave an annoyed sigh as she saw the policemen swarming around the museum that she had robbed earlier. A whole bunch of shouting, and yelling, it was amazing they all had ears in her opinion. It wasn't even that big of a deal, at least in her own opinion. She had just stolen a high-priced diamond, that was it! Knowing her luck the Batman would be there to foil her plans.
Sitting ontop of the building she watched the rukus and gave a laugh, taking out the diamond. "Aren't you pretty? Mistah J will surely love this!" Harley talked to the diamond, rubbing it against her cheek in affection as she imagined what her puddin would think.
Harley Quinn allowed herself to go into a daydream about her and Joker's future. "My puddin'," she said out loud, sighing in happiness until a bright light shined her. A voice called out, "There she is!" and Harley smiled, taking out a heart grenade.
"Sorry fellas, can't stay and play!" she said cheerfully, dropping the grenade and running towards another building top that was nearby. She could hear the grenade exploding as she jumped, continuing to run and jump. Harley Quinn was feeling good. She felt like she was going to get away this evening, even if that annoying Batman interfered.
