Super Powers:
For most of his life, Harry Osborn had no superhuman abilities. When he exposed himself to the experimental Goblin Formula, his strength was perhaps augmented beyond that of either Spider-Man or the Green Goblin. His durability, agility, and intelligence likewise increased, but the extent of these augmentations is unknown. Harry had all of the Green Goblin's equipment, including the explosive "pumpkin bombs" and the razor-edged boomerang blades. He also rode on a modified version of the Goblin Glider that was even faster and more mobile than the original.
Learned Abilities: With the performance enhancers, Harry has gained an ability to learn some martial arts activity, not to mention a quicker sense of street fighting. Harry also is much more intelligent now, able to calculate and strategize faster.
Equipment: All of the Goblin’s stuff including razor-edged and explosive pumpkin bombs, a green sword, and a nasty glider called a ‘Sky Stick’.
Weaknesses (Must Have): He’s insane - schizophrenic. He hallucinates his father talking to him, and has been known to have delusions of Peter attacking him, (all in his head though). Because this can flare up at any moment, he’s vulnerable to it constantly. He has an awareness of when it’s happening but cannot stop it.
Pride - Harry is very proud. He cares more about how he appears to people than about himself, and so ignores advice given to him about the wisest course of action in favour of whatever makes him look good. This includes taking medication for his schizophrenia.
His father - Harry spent most of his life trying to please his father, and he is continuing to try to please his father’s ghost. He will do basically anything his father orders and will attack anyone who attacks or slanders his father.
Background:
[Combining the ‘Ultimate’ and ‘canon’ backgrounds - leaving some stuff out obviously cause he’s not dead]
In the Ultimate Marvel universe, Harry Osborn is a rich kid who meets Peter Parker in public school. Despite the difference between them, the two bond; Harry improves Peter's social status, and Peter helps Harry with his homework. He also had a brief romantic relationship with Peter's soon-to-be girlfriend, Mary Jane Watson.
Harry's father, Norman Osborn, is an industrialist who creates the Oz Formula, an experimental solution intended to turn ordinary humans into superhumans. When a spider injected with the Oz Formula bites Peter, he gains superhuman strength and agility and secretly becomes Spider-Man. Under the pretense of fearing for Peter's health, Norman takes a sample of Peter's blood, and realizes that Oz has made him stronger. Norman then subjects himself to the Oz Formula, becoming a hideous demonic monster: the Green Goblin.
What Harry didn't realize was that Peter was the superhero Spider-Man, and that he had twice battled his father, who had become the Green Goblin in an accident while attempting to create a super-serum. When the Goblin discovered Spider-Man's identity and captured him, he revealed his own identity to Peter. Horrified that his greatest enemy was his best friend's father, Peter's loyalties were torn during their battle. However, Osborn then fell onto an electric transformer and the resulting shock removed all memory of being the Green Goblin. Spider-Man removed the Goblin's costume and equipment, hoping it was the end of the Goblin menace.
However, Norman's memories would resurface from time to time and he would periodically battle Spider-Man, only to lose his memories again when the fight was over. These were difficult times for Harry. Having experimented with drugs since his teenage years, Harry gradually began experimenting with harder substances, which affected his mental stability and relationships with his friends. Spider-Man used this to his advantage on one occasion when, in battle with the Green Goblin, he was able to stop the fight by showing Norman his son's emaciated condition, brought on by an accidental cocaine overdose. The sight shocked Norman so much that it brought him back to sanity for what was to be the last time.
It wasn't long after, though, that stress caused Norman to become the Green Goblin again. Harry's life had fallen apart. His relationship with Peter's friend Mary Jane Watson had come to an end when she dumped him, fed up with his self-destructive lifestyle. A disconsolate Harry turned to drugs and suffered an LSD overdose. He survived, but this tragedy, compounded by imminent bankruptcy, drove the Green Goblin over the edge. He kidnapped Mary Jane as bait for Spider-Man, and then threw her off the George Washington Bridge. A vicious battle between Spider-Man and the Green Goblin ensued, with Peter barely able to control himself from killing the villain. The Goblin then directed his goblin glider to impale Spider-Man, but the wall-crawler jumped out of the way, and the Goblin was impaled through the chest himself, and seemingly killed. Peter was wracked with guilt and sorrow, but took comfort in the fact that the Green Goblin was finally gone.
However, Harry had secretly witnessed the battle. Wanting to protect his father's identity, he stripped Norman's body of the Green Goblin costume and hid it. Blaming Spider-Man for his father's "murder," Harry swore vengeance. Having inherited his father's company, Harry managed to get the business back in shape as he planned his revenge. One day, to his shock, he found a Spider-Man costume in Peter's apartment, and realized that his best friend was the man he blamed for his father's death. Using his father's old equipment, Harry confronted Peter as the new Green Goblin.[1]
Not wanting to hurt Harry, Peter avoided fighting his old friend. Eventually Harry was knocked unconscious and taken into police custody.
Personality :
Harry Osborn is a born entrepreneur, much as his father failed to see it. While he lacks the inborn mechanical drive his father had, Harry has charm and personality in spades. He can light up a room and put everyone at ease with a simple joke, but the moment those eyes of his grow serious you pay attention. He has a tremendous command of those around him, and he hasn’t even started really trying to enforce it. He’s witty and sophisticated but chooses to remain more down to earth, gentle, and friendly. He is quick-thinking, adaptable, and holds on to stability when the world around him goes to chaos.
That is Harry Osborn as he is. Now throw in a serum and a catalyst.
Contrarily...and ironically...Harry is dangerously unstable. When his father enters the picture he at first can become abject and weak, groveling on the ground. The moment he is angered, however, he grows both animalistic in fury and maniacally insane. This is a combination of the serum with his own mental troubles. This combination is dangerous and fatal to anyone - including Harry himself.
Other: I’ll be playing Harry as the schizophrenic, which also means he could go off at any time with the right trigger, and he can also drop unconscious afterwards.

Brief Sample Roleplay
[set in movieverse, my 'proof' that Harry is still alive]
Blackness. Blackness and confusion. Lots of screaming and yelling and pain. Different voices, all rolling into one. The light on his face, but tinged with blackness and darkness and evil, a terrible stench, a terrible smell and touch. As though slime tried to get inside of him and poison him, a venom. And pain, lots of pain.
Harry Osborn opened his burning eyes. Salt tried to encrust them shut but he pulled them up with a small grunt of pain. Then he cried out as white light assaulted his lenses, retina, optic nerve. He shut his eyes and the crusty salt scratched at him. He turned his head left and right, bringing his hands up to try and wipe the offensive junk from his eyes. Movement brought more pain and he yelped furiously.
Memories came back. Peter's face crumpling before him, Mary Jane's tears. The morning light as his mind began to slip into nothingness. And of course Eddie Brock's scream. Venom's scream. And that horrible pain in his body as the spikes impaled him instead of Peter.
He could be dead. He should be. But he wasn't. Why wasn't he dead?
Because it's not your time to die, son. Because even if I died by my own hand, that doesn't stop me from being absolutely right.
Harry closed his eyes, moaning. Even now. Even now he couldn't block the man out. Even after he'd nearly died. Would he never be free?
The serum. The serum has that affect on people. Welcome to the world of the Goblin. It's all smoke and mirrors, your reflection coming at you from all directions. Freedom was a privilege you sacrificed. Welcome to insanity, Harry. You're going to like it here.[/i]
Wicked, maniacal laughter filled Harry's head...and it was only when the door opened and a curious nurse poked her head in that Harry realized it had been coming from him as well.
