Appearance: Harvey Dent is/was a handsome man, but after an incident at the famous Maroni Trial he was horrifically scarred with acid, one side of his face has been eroded by the chemical, leaving him disfigured.

Learned Abilities: He was once District Attorney for Gotham City and has an understanding of the law, spent a month in training with the Batman, learning martial arts and detictive skills.
Equipment: Pistol, Two Headed Coin.
Weaknesses (Must Have): Split Personality, completley dependant on his coin to make major descisions.
Background: Harvey Dent was once the all American poster boy, as District Attorney he crusaded for the cleaning of Gotham's streets of all its organised crime. Married to Gilda Dent he had it all, but his obsessive nature eventually led to his descent into madness and villainy. Suspected by the Batman of being 'Holiday' a serial killer striking on holiday's he began to crumble, falling deeper into his work untill even that consumed him. Scarred for life by acid his fragile mind snapped, he became everything people thought he was, a villain, an insane criminal who now went by the name 'Two Face'. As his psychosis bloomed he became dependant on his two headed coin to make descisions, one side, defaced represented evil, the other good. Two Face and Dent. His face was restored alnong with his personality, but, as the past repeated itself, Harvey became Two Face once more, accepting the fact that he was destined to be the villain everyone portrayed him as.
During WWIII he remained in Gotham, ressurecting the crime empire he lost after Gotham was repatriated after No Man's Land. He has taken the place of the Roman, the man he once swore to destroy utterly.
Personality : Harvey Dent is a kind, funny man with a heart of gold and a desire to see justice served, however, after his accident all that was lost, a second personailty emerged, Two Face, Harvey uses Two Face as a moral Carte Blanche, he is the mechanism Dent uses to justify the dark deeds he indulges in, he does not play god, he does not murder, he leaves that up to fate.

"The rain drummed down on the dumpster, like a grim execution parade, and in a way it was, for this man, this sorry excuse of humanity, tonight could be his last, or his first, it all depended on lady luck, that cruel whimsical mistress, so shallow, yet worshipped by all.
"You shouldn't have ratted on my boy Vinnie, that was uncalled for, I run an honest racket in this town, no body gets hurt unless its unavoidable. Johnny was a good kid, a good Irish Catholic, he dosn't deserve Blackrock, to be locked away with those gangbangers and rapists, those criminals."
Vinny resembled a drowned rat here in the rain, it always rained in Gotham, and when it wasn't raining it was snowing, probably the closest thing to hell on earth, if you believed in all that religious crap.
"Now you have to take your chance Vinnie, whats it gonna be? Yin or Yang? One flip of the coin and we will find out, wont we?" The air was full of suspense as both men waited with baited breath as the shimmering coin sailed in the air.......
