Appearance: Lucius has a sort of otherworld appearance to him when he's not bothering to change into normal clothes. He had white hair and gray eyes with pale skin that makes him generally look like a ghost. Lucius has a scar over his left eye, a remnant of his evil days. He usually wears a knee-length jacket with black pants and boots under his superhero costume. To the normal eye it looks like a costume with a furball with a silver mask on it, but it is really a form that his power manifests the easiest in.

Super Powers:
Energy Recycle
Lucius has the ability to take energy from different sources (the sun, electronic devices, etc.) and convert them to a unique kind of energy. He uses this energy to make things explode, crack, or wither usually. This ability is able to be brought out once Lucius brings forth enough energy to form his "costume" that keeps the pure, raw energy from touching his human body. If he doesn't do this and tries channeling the energy by himself he will only live for 10 minutes at most. When he's normal the energy is white, but if he's evil the energy turns red a long with his costume.
Anti-Gravity
Lucius has the ability to produce a small forcefield where inside he is not affected by gravity. At most it extends to about two inches away from his skin unless he's touching another person. If he's touching another person while using this ability they won't be affected by gravity until he lets go. Lucius often uses this power while he meditates.
Metal Body
Lucius has the ability to transform his body into metal. It is unknown what kind of metal the body is turned into, but it is a darkish, silverish color more like steel than anything else.
Partial Transformation
Lucius has the ability to transform at maximum two limbs at a time into any shape that he chooses. When it comes to transforming into another person, the most he can do of that is transform his head, nothing more.

Weaknesses (Must Have): Lucius has a major weakness- his anger. He can not afford to feel even the slightest amount of anger or else he'll revert back to his mindless evil nature. If Lucius feels anger, he'll starting attacking everyone, no matter who is on his team and who is not. It takes about 1 hour for the psychic block to reform and re-trap the mindless beast back into his mind. Lucius doesn't have a lot of resistance against the decomposing power that he has and can not use that ability without first donning his energy costume. His metal body can still melt if exposed to high temperatures, or freeze, become brittle, and break if exposed to very cold temperatures.
Background:
Lucius was born into a troupe of gypsies that stole from the villagers that they entertained. He was the twin brother of a thief in the troupe named Allen and the son of Lilith and Lupin Wyvern. The villagers thought they were cursed because they had him with them.
Lucius was born with a very weak good side- so weak that he didn't turn out evil, but just reverted to a mindless beast. He was constantly drugged and chained in the back of one of the caravans. One day, a telepath was traveling with the gypsies temporarily when he discovered the 8-year-old monster child.
The telepath, named Alonzo Heirz, demanded why the child was constantly chained back there, and Lucius' mother explained to the man about his mental defect. Having a soft spot for children, Alonzo was determined to cure Lucius, or at least make a barrier against the evil. After many failed attempts and a few injuries made by Lucius, Alonzo succeeded the day before he had to leave.
The gypsies were very joyful when Lucius spoke for the first time without his demonic screaming. They were even more joyful when his mutant abilities came out at the same time his brother's did. Allen turned out to be a telepath and a medium, and Lucius was given his abilities.
In the troupe, Lucius was given the rank of guardian deity whose job was to protect Allen from danger. Unfortunately, Allen got into danger by dealing with a rogue mutant. The mutant turned out to be a very physically strong man who looked like a monster and acted like one to.
The mutant escaped into a little gypsy girl's mind and with the help of a gypsy mutant with the same power Lucius followed despite the pleas of his brother to stop. The metal-bodied mutant's only job was to protect Allen, even if death claimed him that was his purpose. He fought the monster and soon got beat up- very badly.
He was soon being electrocuted to death with a purplish energy, the pain unbearable. Allen came to save his brother though, providing enough of a distraction so that Lucius could slice through the other mutant. By the time that they came back to the real world, Allen was a bit beat up and Lucius was on the edge of death.
The gypsies couldn't take care of Lucius' injuries so they rushed him to a hospital and then left him there. After Lucius recovered he couldn't get in contact with his gypsy family and depressed as ever he started to journey alone. He has no idea how long he had traveled, but eventually he found himself in the United States. Managing to obtain citizenship after a few years he wanders, helping people.
Personality : Lucius is a kind guy with a funny knack for getting into trouble or breaking things by accident. He is insecure about himself, always on guard just in case the psychic blockers against his monster side weaken. Lucius will sacrifice everything, even his life, to save someone else. He can be over enthusiastic some of the time, although when he's meditating he'll want peace and quiet. Lucius's monster form is a savage maniac, to be nice, with an over confident attitude. He has murderous tendencies, and doesn't care who he kills as long as he kills at all.

Brief Sample Roleplay
Lucius tried to keep calm, to keep from being angry.This mutant had just waltz up and decided to attack him out of the blue. Lucius took a few calming breaths and transformed his arms into metal as well as shaping them to where the hands formed twin blades.
"What do you want?" Lucius asked, forcing calmness into his voice. He felt a claw scrape against his chest and his back landing hard against a nearby brick wall. Lucius allowed his head to drop, gathering solar energy while the costume that he had on deterred the energy away from his actual flesh.
The energy turned red, not a good sign at all. "Okay then big boy? You wanna know what is worse than uglies like you?" Lucius asked with a smirk, the energy wrapping around him. "Uglies that don't know when to quit!" he yelled, his eyes going psychotic along with the rest of his face.
Lucius sliced the man in half, growling with pleasure from the kill. "Next time, try someone actually defenseless- oh wait, you're dead...happy tidings in the underworld!" Lucius talked to the figure, grinning.
