Forgive me as I was unaware of there being another Ghost Rider on this site when I typed all this up, but I was told they had not posted as Ghost Rider in a while. I worked really hard on this and I was hoping it could be possible if I can be him? If not, I understand.

As Ghost Rider, hes not what you'd call pretty. His flaming skull and his never endless eyes. Yes there are eyes in the eye sockets.

Super Powers:
Ghost Rider is the supernatural combination between human host and experienced motorcyclist Johnny Blaze and the demonic Zarathos. As the Ghost Rider, Johnny Blaze possesses a variety of supernatural powers.
Demonic Transformation: Johnny Blaze possesses the supernatural ability to transform into the Ghost Rider at will. Originally, he would automatically transform at night or in the presence of evil. Recently, however, he has gained control over his transformations and can transform through an act of will or when innocent blood is spilled.
Superhuman Strength: As the Ghost Rider, Johnny Blaze is superhumanly strong and capable of lifting about 25 tons.
Superhuman Stamina: The mystical energy that empowers Ghost Rider prevents his muscles from producing fatigue toxins during physical activities, granting him limitless superhuman stamina.
Superhuman Durability: Ghost Rider's body is highly resistant to physical injury. He is capable of withstanding great impact forces, temperature and pressure extremes, powerful energy blasts, high caliber bullets, and falls from great heights without sustaining injury. He is made of pure hellfire and can regenerate from any attack.
Hellfire Manipulation: Ghost Rider possesses the ability to generate, control, and project mystical fire, or "hellfire" at will. Hellfire is an emphyreal and supernatural flame that burns the soul of a person and can be used to burn their physical body. He can utilize this fire in various ways, including projecting it from his eyes, hands, mouth, or even channel it from his body into his weapons like his shotgun, form walls of hellfire, and even create a motorcycle completely out of hellfire.
Mystical Chain Projection: Ghost Rider wields a mystical chain that is capable of growing in length, cutting through almost anything, and transforming into other weapons. He can also spew and project chains from his mouth or chest at will.
Penance Stare: Ghost Rider possesses the supernatural ability to cause any individual who stares into his eyes to see and feel every bit of pain they have ever inflicted on anyone in their entire lifetime.

Blaze is an expert stunt rider. He is a skilled close combated thanks to combine skills of himself and the rider and he also has some limited knowledge of the occult.

Background:
Johnny was with Barton Blaze in a father/son motorcycle stunt performance in a traveling circus, with Roxanne Simpson as his sweetheart. When he learned of his father's life-threatening cancer, Johnny sold his soul to Mephisto in return for Barton's cancer to be cured. But Barton died soon after in a stunt gone wrong, though actually murdered by Mephisto himself. After being infused with the Ghost Rider powers, Johnny left Roxanne to keep her out of harm's way. Years later, after seeing Roxanne, settling his affairs with her, Johnny was forced by Mephisto to track down Blackheart, who had no soul to use the stare on until he gains the contract and then Ghost Rider uses the penance stare and eventually defeating him to be free of the contract he made. Though he succeeds in regaining his soul, Johnny refused to give up being the Ghost Rider, intending to use the very power Mephisto bestowed against him.
Personality :
A Johnny Blaze, he does not dare go near anyone with a evil presence. That means that if he feels their sins, he then feels the need to punish them as Ghost Rider. Other than that, hes often a nice guy. A bit of a show off with his stunt man skills.
But as the Ghost Rider, he is a tough and not a pleasant guy to hang with. Very rude and hates to be bugged. He has a odd sense of Humor and loves to strike vengeance on the sinners that deserve it.
When it comes to the people he loves, he will stop at nothing to save or keep them away from danger.
Once in a while, as the flames around his skull turn a shimmering blue, his personality is divided between Johnny and Ghost Rider.

Brief Sample Roleplay
A small hiss shifted with the wind as the spirit of vengeance known as Ghost Rider made his way to the end of a alley way, distant from the world. No soul was heard except the quivering man in the corner.
The clouded hiss grew louder as the Ghost Rider raised his arm and pointed to the man. His eyes wide with shock and confusion.
"You....you are guilty." The man gulped and retorted.
"Guilty in what?! I Didn't do nothin'!"
Rider just shook his head no. "Another sin to reveal." Ghost Rider's voice crackled with the shifting movements of Flames that danced around his head.
He stomped over to the man and lifted him up by the collar of his shirt. "You have slaughtered hundreds and have felt no remorse. It is time you share their pain." His voice had quickened as he gave a long stare to the man in fear.
"Look into my eyes....!"
Within moments, the man shrieked and shouted, trying to relive himself of Ghost Rider's grasp. To no avail as he suddenly saw the visions of the pain and sins he had cause through his known life. Hes murdered children for no reason. Done far worse that should not be known.
Ghost Rider just dropped the man from his hands and turned to his bike down the alley. His heavy boots shifted the sands as he left the man to grovel in pain to view his sins he had done to the innocent.
"Hmm? Crap!" Yes, Crap. The Sun was coming up. He had to get home fast so Johnny could make it to his next show.
With that thought, he put the pedal to the metal and drove off before his cover of shadow was gone.
