Super Powers: While in his armor, Dr. Doom can lift (press) approximately 2 tons. He is one of the smartest men in the world and has an almost endless variety of weapons and equipment at his disposal. At the very least, Doom's armor contains a force field and concussion beams -- though more weapons may also be included. Dr. Doom also has the ability to switch minds with another person and he possesses a small amount of mystical knowledge as well.
Learned Abilities: Convince others to his cause, able to find any super heroes weakness.
Equipment: His suit of armor is usually his only equipment, but doom also weilds energy beams that shoot from his gauntlets which is something he stole from Ironman. He also has repulsor lifts on the bottoms of his boots.
Weaknesses (Must Have): Dooms weakness is that he thinks he is invincible at times, he is also very very vain, convincing him otherwise will erode his will power.
Background: Victor Von Doom was raised by gypsies in a small European county called Latveria. He lost both of his parents at a very young age. Swearing revenge, Victor began to increase both his scientific and mystical knowledge with such determination that he was given a full scholarship to Empire State University. It was at ESU that Victor met Reed Richards and Ben Grimm, and where he started his extradimensional research. Doom's vanity prevented him from adjusting the schematics to one of his experiments, and the end result was an explosion that scarred Victor for life. Expelled from school, Victor began to travel the world, eventually stumbling upon a village of Tibetan monks who trained him and crafted him a suit of body armor, complete with face plate. He soon returned to Latveria, overthrew the government and crowned himself King. Ruling with an iron fist, Doom began to turn the resources of his small nation to his plans of world domination.
Personality : Doom is very vain and thinks highly of himself. He believes himself to be above everyone else. He is one of the most intelligent people on the Earth, anyone smarter than him must be a pure genious.
Other: Doom occasionally shows his soft spot when confronted with an inferior enemy. He might spare that person in order to convince him to join his cause.

Brief Sample Roleplay
Doom floated seemingly effortlessly despite that his armor weighed more than 500 pounds, he had no propulsion systems or the like activated on his armor. This should've been a red flag for tony stark, as with all normal human beings such a man needed that kind of thing to float, he crossed his arms tightly over his chest. "What am I here for, Stark? call it...symmetry." he raised a hand and a single finger to Iron Man then and continued.
"You humbled, me, humilated me, the barberous hands of your golden brute lack wit friend destroyed armor I worked VERY hard to build, and overcame my mystic and mechanical might with little to no real effort, to the point where I was disgraced even of myself."
His guantleted hand went from a accusatory point finger, to that of an open palm then "Now...I return the favor." with that his palm began to alight, becoming aflame with an incredible amount of energy and power, his entire form glowing and then he fired what seemed like a gigantic, all encompassing pillar of cosmic energy at Tony Stark. The output itself was more than any one single herald of galactus could hope to muster, because now, Doctor Doom welded the power of every herald of Galactus, combined.
However, this was not a shot meant to be lethal, rather, he had intended to only use enough power to overcome iron man's armor and peel it off him, leaving him hapless and helpless in mid air, like a sardeen from a can really. He had yet to really take notice or care of the golden glimmer that his internal computer took note of as he did this, but Sentry, being the one who had so hurt him, and more directly, would be next on the list.
