Super Powers: Jubilee has the ability to create pyrotechnic blasts. She can tell them where to go, when to blow, and how powerful they are. She can increase the temperature, and add a concussive effect to them. She also uses them for blinding, confusing, or destroying things in her way. The full extent of her abilities have yet to be tested, though she has been known to blow up castles, warehouses, and parking garages. Emma, during Jubilees time with Gen X said that Jubilee had the ability to explode her pafs in a sub molecular level, or nuclear explosion.
Learned Abilities: Olympic level gymnast, and advanced hand to hand combat due to training with Wolverine

Weaknesses (Must Have): Jubilee is a normal teenage girl who can be killed in the normal fashion. Guns, knives, bombs, diseases, virus's.
Background: Jubilee was born to rich parents in Beverly Hills. She attended private schools and spent her time shopping and practicing gymnastics. Her parents lost their fortune and were mistakenly killed. She spent the next few months living in Beverly Hills shopping malls where she learned to steal what she needed and evade police. She was captured by M-Squad, but rescued by members of the X-Men.
She followed them through a portal back to their base in Australia where she hid out and continued stealing what she needed. She found Wolverine hung to a cross and "dying". She would team up with him and eventually join the X-Men. She stayed with them for a while, fighting Omega Red, the Brood, Shi'Ar and would join Generation X.
Personality : Jubilee is a spunky, headstrong, and quirky person. She loves to make snide comments, and will sometimes complain about being left behind or treated like a child. She is fiercely independent but follows orders, most of the time.
Other: Jubilee's powers are tied to her emotions, she tries to keep them in check for fear of killing someone.

Brief Sample Roleplay
Jubilee was minding her own business, walking through the mall and doing nothing major. She didn't need anything, but she walked by a store that had a beautiful pair of roller blades and she decided she wanted them. She walked in and looked around, making sure no one was looking and decided to "try them on." She put them on, they fit great and quickly raced out of the store, the alarm went off and she soon had security chasing her. They were yelling at her to stop, and "halt" she said with a smirk "What, you donut dunkers can't keep up?" As she turned a corner to go down some stairs she saw that there was a guard ready to pounce on her and she threw her arms out and there was a multi colored, bright explosion that left the guards blinded and reeling. "Cool, and it is mall rat one, rent-a-cops nil."
