Super Powers: Amjad has the ability to learn much, much quicker than any human being or robot possibly could: this counts for the sheer superhuman skill in his learned abilities collection.
Learned Abilities: Amjad has studied pistol and handguns for seven years, and has amazing abilities with them, including flawless gunplay, perfect aim withing 700 meters and being able to ricochet bullets off walls and other objects to hit his target. He has also spent three years in close combat training, and is a masterful foe in close combat with and without his knife. Against almost any number of humans, Amjad is nigh unbeatable.
Equipment: Amjad always carries with him three guns: one in his hand, one in his coat and a
revolver that belonged to his father. He always carries his combat knife, as well, and normally forsakes any other equipment.
Weaknesses (Must Have): Amjad is human, and can be killed as normal. In addition, the experiments carried upon him that gave him his powers have made his immune system much more vulnerable to illnesses, like a weaker form of HIV/AIDS.
Background: Amjad grew up in urban areas, and is very much at home in them. He was part of an extended family, and received a good education with many people from all over his country, leading to a generally fair outlook on the terms of race, religion and gender. However, Amjad was attracted by the idea that Iran was a superior nation above all others, and soon became indoctrinated into that idea. When the war seemed possible and Iran needed super soldiers to match the superpowered denizens of the other countries, Amjad volunteered out of his patriotism.
Amjad was already in extremely good condition, and was pushed even further in his training to bring him to the peak of physique. Soon, he was taken into a room, put down on an operating table and woke up two days later, feverish. He had been one of the few lucky enough to survive.
The operation had implanted various genes into the patient's brain, but these were of a kind that severly damaged the immune system. Out of the original 67 volunteers, 18 survived.
From then on, Amjad and the other survivors trained almost continuously, and was later joined by more people an volunteers. It was quite some time before the Third World War happened, and then Amjad and his friends where trust straight onto the battlefield.
The entire group fought, and Amjad was one of the three survivors of the eight-man squad that killed Reed Richards. Amjad was honored for this and was given a medal, which he still keeps to this day. He attributed the killing blow to his best friend, who had died of his wounds a day before.
Despite the efforts of these people, the war turned against Iran and very recently Amjad left his country, unable to bear seeing it lose. He has worked as a vigilante in America, always on the lookout for ways to get revenge on the Untouchables.
Personality : Amjad is stern, serious, methodical with a firm moral code and likes intensive information on a problem before encountering it, but he has an odd wry outlook on life. He is generally helpful and, despite himself, kind, which is why he has become an Vigilante. He does have one touch of sentimentality: he will use his father's revolver for lucky or difficult shots.
All these positive traits tend to disappear, however, when the subject of his country comes along. Amjad has a fanatical patriotism, turning him into little more than hatred for the country that went to war with his. While he normally gets on well or at least icily polite with the local authorities, he has a hatred for any organizations that have fought or helped those who fought against Iran, and especially detests those who once were the Untouchables. Whenever he has fought against one of the groups mentioned, he has gone out of his way to leave no survivors at all.

Brief Sample Roleplay: Amjad shook his head sadly."You have a final chance, sir. Let the woman go and you will be unharmed." His voice was slightly accented, and he stood in the middle of a bank, facing a man holding a young teenager hostage. Inside, Amjad smiled wryly: the man had automatically gravitated to the hostage who would cause the most uproar in the tabloids of this country: young, pretty and blond. Not a good idea if you wanted to get away later.
Amjad still prefered the darker-skinned woman who reminded him of his country, but with his face more or less a stump of scar tissue, he doubted anybody would accept him. Amjad stared at the man, willing him to give up, and heard two clicks of AK7s to both his left and right. He sighed looks like he would do things the easy way.
"Fine, I'll surrender.". With that, Amjad threw his pistol up into the air, watching it spiral. In the corners of his eyes, he saw the men at his side relax their grip on their guns slightly. Good.
Turning 45 degrees, he moved his arm into position and caught the gun, fired, span the gun 180 degrees in his hand without moving and fired again, catching both men at his side in their right shoulders. He turned, saw the man holding the girl pointing his gun at the girl, modified his aim, and fired again. And stood still.
The man grinned as Amjad lowered his pistol. He presumed that Amjad had ran out of ammunition, but he was not going to question a gift from god. The man raised his rifle at Amjad, and pulled the trigger. Or where the trigger had been.
He stared at Amjad in amazement. "You shot out the damned trigger?"
Amjad gave a brief sardonic bow, raised his pistol, and fired once more.
