Kitty would want to be apart of The Untouchables, but she doesn't meet 18. So, I think it'd be an interesting topic to dispute with her-- if anyone is in the mood for arguing, Kitty's up for it. Haha.

Since the war is over and whether or not you were in is in the past, I think it would be up to you if you were in. Just include it in your history. If you were in, they give a good reason on how you got in.

You could have Kitty lie about her age to be in the war like Hawkeye did so she could be apart of The Untouchables and have the back bone to tell anyone off who question her about it.

Did we ever decide who was in charge of the whole 'recruiting' aspect of the whole war? >_>
I mean, Shadowcat's pretty much impervious and if it was someone like Nick Fury that was doing the recruiting, he wouldn't give a flying rat's ass if she was underage. Heck, I'm willing to bet most would just turn a blind eye anyway. >_>

I have to agree with Colossus here. I don't see him turning anyone away, espically if they had the training she has had.
