Theo had just gotten back to the states, he was tired, worn out and slightly irritated. He traveled back to the only city he had called his true home, Gotham. He had settled there after running from home after graduation. He was now running the docks, trying to blow off some steam, but it wasn't working, so he figured he would wear himself out another way, extreme use of magic. He rarely ever had use for this practice but the culmination of his war experiences, and his time as a POW had made him irrational. He stared at the sky and his eyes glowed black with flecks of silver, he muttered a short spell and the sky over Gotham went from clear,starry skies to a cloudy, roiling thunder storm. Lightning crashed and rain fell in sheets, he screamed up at the sky and bolts of lightning flew from his hands.

A good night for roof jumping.
It really was. The city was relatively quite, as if Gotham could ever be called that and the air was both cool and dry and the stars shined particularly brightly. Spoiler was running and jumping across the roofs of several buildings, all the while missing both Tim and Cassandra a great deal. She missed their days of rooftop tag; a slightly violent and very dangerous game.
As the young woman boot stepped onto what she had decided would be her last roof for the night she heard some mysterious and muttered words. Curiosity was sparked and she crept over in total silence to peer down at the stranger who had spoken the strange incantation. She raised an eyebrow as she caught the gleam in her eyes and was more than surprised when his words seemingly began the storm. She stood and began to move along to get a better look, but instead slipped on the now slippery roof and fell to the feet of the man below.Steph jumped up in a second and was in combat position.

During a routine patrol over Gotham, Batgirl felt the beginnings of a thunderstorm splash onto her cape. She then thought "Hm, that's odd, the forecast called for a clear, starry night tonight, not a thunderstorm. I think I'd better go check out who or what's creating this unnatural storm."[/color]
As she made her way down to the docks she saw an obviously very excited and somewhat irritated man shooting lightning bolts from his hands. She then called "Hey, you!!! Who are you and what do you think you're doing, trying to destroy Gotham with a thunderstorm?!?"[/color]

Theo was so pre-occupied with the storm he didn't notice people watching, or stalking. He barely noticed the girl who fell in front of him until he heard the thud and and saw her stand up in battle position, he said one word "leave" and waved his hand sending a small telekinetic wave at her, thinking she was some random environmentalist who was worried he would drown Moby in the storm. He looked over his head and started to form a blue ball of fire, the strain on his face was obvious, and any magic users would feel magic pouring out of him. He then heard another girl shout at him about destroying Gotham "I wasn't, but if you are so adamant about it?" He said with flashing red eyes, the fireball flew into the air and exploded sending blue and white streamers flashing across the sky. 'This one is for you mami." He said staring up at the sky and the clouds started circling, drawing water and and air circling with it.

A second later another female joined the first one on the ground in front of Theo, the only difference is this one didn't fall on her butt upon arrival. Batgirl then whispered to Spoiler, "Hey Spoiler, nice to see you again. Thought you could use some assistance since we don't know what this guy means to do."[/color]

Stephanie stared up to the sky in sheer amazement as the elements of the weather were changing right above her head. She returned her attention to the man who ordered her to leave, and in an almost hypnotic state she almost did, but she fought past the urges.
A voice suddenly rang in Stephs ears and she quickly recognized Batgirl. She was glad to see Cassandra truthfully, but she seemed to have changed a bit and Steph wasn't exactly thrilled about that. He was aggravated into sending a large flashing sphere of energy and magic into the sky.
Steph glared back at him. She shouldn't really be here. This was a job for Batman and the Boy Wonder, but oh well. "Nice sparkles, how are you at hand to hand?", she questioned before leaping into action. She catapulted forward, kicking the mans chest in before delivering her deadly roundhouse right hook.

He looked at the girl with blank black and silver eyes, he was decent at hand to hand, but his specialty was not hand to hand. He shook his head and lifted his hand after stumbling backwards a couple steps. He touched her fist and pushed, using just enough telekinesis to have her continue with the momentum of her swing. He unzipped his running pants and pulled out his pair of sai, and got ready to use them, both these girls looked like they meant business. He said "finit" and the hurricane stopped and the rain lessened. He winked at Batgirl and had one sai point out, one pommel out.

Spoiler did a quick backflip after the man blocked her last punch. She landed crouch down behind Cassandra. The man had ended the impending storm, for at least a brief moment. At least that much had been accomplished. She watched as he pulled out his gleaming pair of weapons and rolled her eyes, still crouching. "You dudes and you're weapons", she said with a shake of her head. The ever-alert vigilante caught the wink Theo directed at her friend. "You two met or....", she made a quick run and used her friend strong shoulders to push off of and sent herself sailing, boot first into the mans face. She landed confidently and looked back to see her attacked effect. "Or am I interrupting a budding romance?"

After taking in the whole situation Batgirl (blushing furiously) turned to spoiler and whispered "No, we haven't met, I don't even know his name!!! I just showed up to provide you with some backup. I know just as much about our current opponent as you do, Spoiler. And just so you don't have to ask, there isn't any romance beween the two of us, budding or otherwise."[/color]

While the two girls were whispering furiously at each other and held up both hands pinkies, index, and thumbs touching, palms out and started to form a ball of black, silver, and pink energy in front of his hands. He gave Batgirl and arched eyebrow smirk and fired a low level magic blast at their feet. He loved watching Batgirl blush, she was cute when she blushed, he also hoped they realized he wasn't trying to hurt them, and was enjoying the exercise.
