Sophia was always a fan of amusement parks. What wasn't to like? Overpriced food and thrilling rides surrounded her. It was the grand opening of the place, and it was absolutely packed.
The sun was sweltering, and she felt sorry for the men and women she spotted who had decided to wear jeans. Shorts were really the only choice on a hot day like this. She spotted a few people she knew bouncing around. A grand opening like this would attract all kinds. Still, she wished she hadn't come alone. Where is the fun in that?
She sipped her soda as she wandered around the park. Roller coaster after roller coaster passed be her as she continued her journey to find some cotton candy. She didn't get how some people hate the processed sugary treat.
She finally reached a cart that served the pink and blue fluff, and after parting with her cash she sat at a bench and stuffed the sweet treat into her mouth. In front of her a roller coaster zoomed by.
