One killer for hire (open)

"What makes you think I have any interest in who you are?" Cass said, her temper flaring and her face flushing. She didn't change her voice to that however; rather it dropped several degrees and would have chilled the air around them if it had that power. Arrogant little specimen of a human being. A killer with a prejudice. He'd helped her out and why she was still talking to him was a mystery.

"Your skills give you no right to treat others like they know nothing," she added, icily. "Good day, sir."

She spun on her heel and began to walk off.

[Chase Parker]

"Good day Cassandra" he said with a twisted little smile as he back was turned to him every one had already left the bar and it was as empty as it could be. So he had no danger of others finding out his power.

One swift step to the right and the shadows perfectly hid his body then an instant after that there was no need for him to hide. For he was no longer in the bar.

Cass froze as he spoke her name aloud, and she stared straight ahead for a good few seconds before slowly turning around. Confusion, curiosity, and fear battled for dominance over her features. She tried not to act surprised (though of course her features betrayed her), but failed miserably. She should have seen this coming. She was a Gotham City District Attorney. In fact, she worked alongside Rachel Dawes - her name was nearly just as well-known as Rachel's. It only made sense that some of the criminals - or noncriminals - knew it. It still upset her that this man could so easily command her attention, however.

"Who are you?" she asked the darkness, noticing that he wasn't there. How had he gotten away without her hearing? She was the one who was supposed to negate sound!

Speaking of which...

She began to move towards the shadows, activating both of her powers. He would not be able to hear her moving towards him - once she got within twenty feet. And if he had any powers they would be negated within ten.
