Year four is done and over with; Harry got into the Tri-Wizard Tournament and stayed alive through the whole thing. During the last obstacle of the tournament, Harry and Cedric both ran for the cup and ended up in a grave yard, where sadly enough, Cedric Diggory was killed. Upon surviving the rise of Voldemort, Harry got back to Hogwarts where he told everyone about the rise of Voldemort and had brought Cedric's dead body back with him.xx

Entering into year five, most people are not believing that Voldemort is alive and risen to power. Before returning back to Hogwarts, Harry and his cousin Dudley were attacked by Dementors in broad daylight in a muggle-town, where Harry had to use magic, causing him to almost get expelled from Hogwarts. After that, Harry is then transported by members of the Order to a location hidden away by the muggles at 12 Grimmuald Place. There, Harry learns about the Order of Phoenix, he learns that they cannot expell him without having a hearing. When Harry goes off to the Ministry of Magic with Mr. Weasley to his hearing, Harry tries telling everyone the truth, about the Dementors attack in broad daylight around muggles and about Voldemort being alive. It's not until Dumbledore walks in, giving Harry a helping hand.xx

We lay our scene the starting term of Hogwarts; the trio in their fifth year at Hogwarts, many dangers and adventures lie ahead of them. People are calling them liars, and a new, slightly pink, woman from the Ministry is taking it upon herself to come to Hogwarts and try to take charge. What will you do? Will you side with the Trio and help them fight against the evil or be against them?
