Lupine frowned mildly as he looked at the Stark Towers. It was a fine piece of building, done with functionality in mind but still managing to retain a certain sense of style. Lupine looked up to the top floor, far above into the sky. Yes, a fine building indeed.
Such a shame he was going to have to damage it.
The CEO of Grey Corps. smiled. He had often envied the Iron Man's technology; looking at the suit, he could hazard an educated guess at what materials it was made out of, how it flew and how it's power sources worked. But what he didn't know was how it's weapons worked.
Solomon Grey, or Lupine, was no fool. He knew it would be much quicker to steal the tech than to duplicate it. But all he had was a narrow window of opportunity before Stark's security systems would detect him. So he should start the mission now.
Smoothing down his suit, Lupine bent down and jumped from the alley he was standing in, digging his claws into the surface of the Stark tower. He hung there for a moment, and then started climbing up the tower, using his claws to lever himself upwards.
Lupine muttered under his breath. It was a mildly undignified way to break in, but Lupine would not have risked using any technologies before he'd got into the building. He needed to save them for the security systems.
Lupine paused for a moment, looked inside the Tower to find an empty office and pushed his legs off the building and swung back into a glass plane, and broke it in as gentlemanly a way as possible.
Lupine smiled. If he knew Stark, that would've set off an alarm. Pulling himself up the building as quickly as possible, Lupine paused two stories upwards of that floor where he could hear activity inside. He broke the glass plane again and this threw in a grenade and then jumped into the building through the broken window.
Lupine looked at the carnage, smelt the blood, and smiled, savouring the sent. It would have gone well with some wine.

Pepper Potts was getting ready to head to Tony's mansion, transferring some files she'd found back to Jarvis. She knew Tony would probably wonder what on earth she'd been doing with the files, (considering they were the plans for his suit), but the answer was very clear and simple and she'd have no problem telling him if he asked.
As she made her way to the door, however, a soft chime from her desk brought her around. She didn't hear that chime often and it made her stomach turn over.
She returned to her desk and looked at the computer. Yep...there it was. Intruder alert, meant to be soft so whoever was inside didn't realize they were caught. Pepper hit another button to alert security and then dialed Tony. "Mr. Stark, we have a break in."

Diana walked up to Pepper's desk dressed in a dark suit with her hair up. She was working for Tony doing things others couldn't that included training Pepper in hand to hand combat he was going to ask Steve Rogers to train her but thought it would be better if she was trained by a woman. Diana agreed but asked if she could take Pepper to Themyscira to train but he refused because he couldn't do anything with out her. So she went home and brought what things she could back with her in her jet. When Tony saw Diana's jet his eye's nearly popped out of his head said jet was invisible none of his scanners was able to pick it up and tried to get Diana to let him study every time he brought it up she shot him down. "What's wrong?" She asked looking at Pepper who seemed worried about something.

((OOC: The list of equipment I have here is what I have for this thread and I won't use anything else for this thread.))
Lupine ran through the plans of the Stark Towers one of his hackers had got for him- take one right and two lefts...
Lupine arrived at the doors to the express elevator. Calling it up would waste much-needed seconds before someone noticed his presence and set off an alarm, and inside the lift he would be a very easy target, so he just drew out a mine and attached it to the lift doors.
Four seconds later an explosion blew off the metal doors to the lift. Coming around from behind the pillar, Lupine decided that he should now act on the assumption that someone had heard that explosion and activated the alarm. And considering the lack of noises or lights, then Stark had set up a silent alarm which wouldn't attract the attention of any would-be thieves. A good idea, even if it required someone to be in the building at all times. Lupine would now act as if somebody would be arriving soon: he himself had put a silent alarm for his company HQ into the implant in his brain, and it was possible Stark had done something similar.
Lupine took a moment to check his equipment. He had a short range EMP, for Iron Man, which would have the unfortunate side-effect of disabling his own equipment as well. He had a custom made handheld RPG (4 shots) and a selection of mines and grenades (10 each) for anything that could be harmed by conventional means, and sonic tazers (with accompanying earplugs) and flash bangs for distracting pursuit. He also had a tranquillizer gun and a fake tooth that emitted poisonous gas when crushed for if he was as unfortunate to meet someone on the level of Superman. Unlikely, but best be prepared.
Lupine jumped into the lift shaft and lodged himself into the walls with his claws, and dropped three grenades down towards the shape of the lift below. Hearing the explosion, Lupine smiled: that would slow down any pursuit that couldn't fly.
Climb up three floors.... and another lift door. Another mine used, and Lupine climbed up onto the sixteenth floor from the safety of twenty meters below.
A left and a right and a left and straight on for twenty meters.... and Lupine entered a room with a few very specialized computers, for stimulations and calculations and design: any one of these would have a design on them. Sitting down on one, Lupine would now find out if the false identity that his hacker created for him would work. If not, time to do it the hard way...

Tony didn't answer. Shoot - where was he? Pepper hurriedly sat down at her desk and called up the security program. A few codes later and she was tracking the progress of something...very strange. There were lifts being blown up in a steady progress up the building, and she could hear quickened feet outside the office. People knew, but no one was coming to report. She tapped into her phone again. "Security, we have a break-in. It's on the sixteenth floor and there are some exploded lifts in its wake."
"We're on it, Miss Potts."
The sixteenth floor. Very close to her and Tony. Not to mention of course there was some very deiicate and very important...the suits!
Pepper launched to her feet and let out a little yelp. She hadn't even seen Wonder Woman come in. Was it time for her practice already? Not that it mattered, they had a break in. "Good thing you're here," she said. "We have a break in, Tony's not answering, and whoever it is is already on the sixteenth floor. We need to go take a look."

Michael Watz was taking a little walk around the block to get a break. He was working almost non-stop on getting his latest office building up. Watz Tech Incorporated was expanding to NYC, and was only a couple blocks from Stark Tower. Mike was very excited about that. He had wanted to meet Mr. Stark ever since he could remember. The man was a genius, and in Mike's field as well. As the young man walked down the sidewalk he came to a stop at Stark Tower, and grinned. However, his smile quickly faded when he saw a strange being on the building. The being broke through a window, and an instant later Mike was on his cell phone. "Stephen, bring me the EMA Standard." He spoke to the man on the other side of the line.
In a couple minutes a black limo pulled up in front of Michael. He got into the back seat, and then compartments started to slide out toward Mike from everywhere. In the compartments were green & black armor pieces, which he put on as fast as he could. He stepped out of the car, clad in black & green mechanical armor. A green visor came down over his eyes, as he looked up at the shattered window. "Stephen, alert the police, and then return to the site." He said as he placed his hand in the large circle on the right side of his helmet.
"Understood, sir." Stephen's medium tone voice sounded in the EMA Standard helmet.
The limo drove off as Echo dashed toward the tower. ~Sorry about this, Mr. Stark!~ He thought as he jumped up, and then burst through a window just below the one that had already been broken. He heard explosions above him, and with amazing speed he found his way to a lift that had the doors blown off. ~Well, well... This dude means business.~ He thought as he jumped onto the wall of the shaft, and then speedily jumped from wall to wall until he made his way to the next opening. He rushed through the corridors, and then came to a screeching halt when he saw a man...thing, fiddling with some computers.
"Hey dude!" He exclaimed as he got into a fighting stance. "Considering the fact that I saw you break into this place I'm gonna go ahead and say: you're not welcome here!" He said with a smirk.

Flash ran into New York city looking for Stark Towers he had heard Diana was working there or something like that he wasn't to sure though. After a bit of looking he found the tower not slowing down any he raced into the building by passing security and headed into the stairwell. Flash had no idea what floor she was on so he had to search every floor until he found her. Electricity crackling around him as he ran passed Diana and some woman she was with, at first he didn't realized it was the amazon princess since he was use to seeing her as Wonder Woman and not in her civilian clothes. Skidding to a halt at the end of the hall he walked back over to the women "There you are I've been looking all over for you." He said looking at Diana then over to Pepper with a raised brow as he looked her over and smiled at her.

Diana took her red tinted glasses off and was about to turn into Wonder Woman when a red blur with electricity crackling around it ran passed. She didn't have to think to hard on which one it was Bart Allen was the only one out of all the Flash's that had electricity trailing behind him "Whatever it is Flash its going to have to wait until we take care of the intruder." She said before she began to spin around after a few spins there was a bright flash of light that disappeared as fast as it appeared to revealed costume of Wonder Woman. "Let's go." She said heading for the stairwell the elevator would take much to long.

Pepper looked up as a blur entered the room, skidding up to Wonder Woman. She recognized him - the Flash, she didn't know his real name - and he clearly didn't quite know her. "Pepper Potts," she said as she fell into step behind Wonder Woman, who was heading for the source of the disturbance. Her mind drifted ahead and she pulled out her tazer. She knew better than to jump into a fray now, but she wasn't about to be taken hostage either.
She was deeply concerned about Tony though. She wondered if perhaps he was suiting up to face off the intruder - unless the intruder had gotten to his suits. She looked up at the ceiling, wondering if she should ask Jarvis if he knew anything...but really there was little Jarvis could do here at Stark Towers. He namely ran the house, not necessarily Tony's office.
She walked quickly behind Wonder Woman, getting ready to stop whatever what was going on.

Rhodes eyes narrowed the instant he heard the alarm sound, there had been a break in. He wasted no time touching the stigmata on his chest, summoning his War Machine armor onto him in a flash of light. He quickly sped through the hallways until he reached the computer room that held all the important stuff, he had to make sure it was safe.
Of course someone was on the computer, a weird looking guy Rhodes had never seen before. He raised his right arm, forming a cannon that was ready to fire. Rhodes wasn't afraid of destroying the computers, there was backups incase of emergencies, Tony Stark was not a stupid man.
"I suggest you step away from thouse computers, we wouldn't want to have to hurt you more then we already do."
The cannon arm glowed a bright energy threateningly at the man. He had a lock on the man, meaning that the odds of him missing were lower then if he was just shooting randomly, Rhodes wasn't to concerned about missing if the guy tried to run for it.

-Tony's mansion-
Tony stepped out of the shower a towel wrapped around his waist as he walked a cross his bed room to his dresser and picked up his cell phone to check any messages he might have got while he was in the shower. There was only one and it was from Pepper Mr. Stark, we have a break in. was all it said tossing his phone on the bed he ran off to his work shop on the way there the inner layers of the Iron Man armor covered his body just as he made it inside and slipped the rest of the armor on and blasted off into the sky heading for Stark Towers.

Lupine heard two heavy treads within the room. Two people, wearing heavy armor like that inside the designs he'd just stolen. It appeared that getting the designs had been simple, but getting out of the building with them was another matter.
Lupine took out the data port from the computer and fixed it inside a cavity he'd created in his mouth: not at all pleasant, but much more practical than inside a pocket that some speedster would pick within two seconds. Nevertheless, waterproofing the damned thing had been difficult.
So, only three designs on the port, but that should be enough. Now to get out with them.
Lupine hadn't bothered to truly listen to the brief threats of the people who were in the room: they would be the same predictable drivel, and the time they'd took in speaking he'd used to quickly secure the data port. Turning around, he got his first look at them.
Lupine sighed. A voice emerged from his snout in a gentleman's arrogant and educated drawl. "It would appear what I have seen here are nothing more that admirers of Iron Man. Not even close to the real thing himself, I'm afraid. The man wearing the Stark-commissioned armor looks quite effective, actually: Even though he is too crude to bear the mantle of gentleman, Stark is a good engineer. "
"But" Said Lupine, turning to look at Echo "That armor there is just wasteful of the metals and alloys used to create it. The color does nothing but make you easier to hit, young man, and the design is similar to that of Watz Tech, who are efficient but rather basic, I'm afraid. You I am not truly worried about. However, this speech I have given gave me some time to prepare something to deal with both of you."
During his small speech Lupine had clasped his hands behind his back and stood up. This had put him just a bit closer to the two intruders, safely within the range of his EMP, a device that knocked out all electronic equipment within range. He pressed down on the button on his palm, and all the computers and lights within ten feet shut down with a jerk.
Lupine didn't see what effect it had on the two men and their suits, however, since he'd closed his eyes and was running towards the hole in the lift, since he'd dropped a Flash Bang were he had been standing.

Echo just scoffed when the freak started to insult his company. Watz Tech had only been under his lead for a little while, and was just now starting to get some serious technology. The things Mike had designed were actually more advanced than some of Stark's tech, but if he stated such things it would undoubtedly give away who he really was. ~This dude is dead meat.~ Echo thought to himself.
The instant that he saw the EMP he dashed backward at the speed of sound, and got out of range to protect his EMA. Once the electro magnetic pulse was no more he shot at Lupine at over 200 MPH, and swung at him with his left fist, using more than enough power to send the Hulk flying backward.

War Machine watched the man, caculating his movements, he had used the time it took for him and the Echo to talk to him to take something from the computer, probably whatever he came for. He was an oppertunist, and he was good at it. War Machine listend as he started talking, his words didn't mean anything, but he realised almost to late that he was just buying time again!
War Machine had all of two seconds before that EMP went off and shut his suit down until it could reboot, granted that it would only down for a few seconds, but that was enough to give any bad guy a lead, and he couldn't afford to let him get away, he had something that Tony didn't want him to have.
War Machine let loose the cannon shot he had for the man, but thats all the time he had to do before the EMP knocked his system off line, causing him to hit the grount and slump into a useless pile of heavy metal, hopefully this Echo kid could keep him busy while Rhodes got his system back online.
