"You're in an awful rush, former Boy Wonder", a small female voice said suddenly from behind the group. Sophia Trenton walked in slowly but surely, making sure to smile at every person within the vicinity.

She locked her eyes on Dick and crept forward with a sudden zest. "Leaving without your best friend", she pretended to scold the handsome young man as she advanced towards him and suddenly wrapped her arms around him. He was nearly nine inches taller than the short young woman, so he head was buried in his chest. "I've missed you", she hissed.

She glanced around and pulled herself away quickly. "Hey Red", she said to Gwen, he words dripping with sweetness. "I see you took my advice and looked Mr. Grayson up."

Her blue orbs wandered over to Pepper and Stark, and she almost faltered. "Red Two...", she said with a slightly waning smile. "Let me apologize about that whole bank job in New York...I...", her eyes wandered up to Tony. "The same men that got to Mr. Stark here got to me...", she said in a shame filled voice.

[Shockwave]

A voice began to speak that Gwen didn't recognize at first, but after a second thought, the image flooded through her mind. Turning quickly, Gwen saw her-- the woman who had been so kind to her a while ago-- was also at Nightwing's base. The young woman couldn't help it, but she was very excited for the fact that Sophia was going to help everyone with this sticky situation. Gwen opened her mouth to speak, only to be cut off by the woman's loving, yet slightly bitter words. The scarlet-haired girl closed her mouth and couldn't help but raise a brow. She had never realized that the woman here and her mentor had a relationship. Though she felt a bit flustered because of how openly she showed her affection, Gwen felt enlightened to know!

As Sophia addressed Gwen, her grey gaze turned to the woman's blue eyes. It was true; because of the woman's suggestion had Shockwave finally get the nerve to step into the Titan's Tower and take her first breath as a hero. If Trenton hadn't said anything, Gwen may have not been where she was then. The thought made her extremely thankful. "Yeah, he's a pretty cool guy." Gwen said honestly as some hair slipped out from behind her ear as she dropped her gaze to the floor. Something about the woman intimidated her, even though she was such a role model.

As Gwen quietly listened to the words she spoke to her cousin and her boss, she rubbed her hands together indecisively. Could she be worried?

[Dick Grayson]

"Former Boy Wonder...", Dick questioned the bit of wording to himself before he turned around. The voice and attitude behind it all sounded familiar, and he was greeted with a pleasant site when he turned on his heel suddenly. Sophia Trenton had entered the room, and had her attention rapt on him.

"Trenton!", he said overflowing with joy as she wrapped her thin arms around him and held him for a few brief seconds. She had never been the hugging type, so this was a strange if not warm, welcome. "It's amazing to see you", he added as he kissed the top of her head nonchalantly.

She pulled away and began speaking to Pepper and Gwen. "The bank...?", he questioned to himself under his breath. But he quickly pushed the subject to the back of his mind and smiled from ear to ear. "I see you've both met the infamous Trenton."

[Pepper]

Pepper's attention was broken by a small but familiar voice talking about one small, familiar day in Pepper's recent history. She looked down to see a tiny brunette making an apology to her. Pepper actually had to think about what she was talking about until it cleared up for her. She'd been trying to eye Tony's bank account and the little woman had come in and robbed the place - and neatly threatened Pepper's life. But now she was apologizing for it.

"No harm done Miss...Trenton." Dick supplied the woman's name directly on cue. Pepper still didn't like the woman much - who would like someone who had threatened their life (ignoring the fact that Tony Stark had thrown a knife at her) - but in their current situation animosity was not a good thing.

Pepper shot a look back at her cousin, wondering what she made of all of this.

Trenton smiled outwardly as the others greeted her as warmly as she had hoped. Dick especially was pleased to see her, which honestly made her stomach turn and the guilt of it almost made her back out of her plan. Almost.

She took a deep breath and planted her slender hand near the base of Dicks neck. "You should run and slip into costume..", she offered. It was both a way of getting him out of the way, and from stopping the other two men she had planned her deeds out with from learning his true identity. She still cared for Dick too much for that.

She peered over at Gwen and shook her head at the dampness that clung to her. "That won't work well when you get into that ship...you better change too."

Trenton wouldn't even wait for the others to leave the room before she turned to Pepper. She had another little weapon at her disposal. She knew Ted Kord. She knew Pepper knew Ted Kord. "Mr. Kord entrusted me with a great deal of information about the plans that are in store for the Untouchables. He was the one who first warned everyone. It is too important to leave behind, will you help me retrieve it?", she asked the redhead as she anxiously awaited her answer.

[Shockwave]

She could only smile when Pepper forgave Sophia. Even though Gwen knew nothing about what happened, it sounded enough as if Trenton had done something wrong, evidently. Gwen exchanged a brief, glad expression with her cousin as she smiled wide. The situation didn't seem to be so bad after all! Sophia Trenton really knew how to get people pumped. Turning her gaze to Dick, she even noticed him somewhat in a dazed, yet happy state of mind. Gwen could only smile more. If this woman had this much power over a guy who never stopped worrying, who knows what power she could have-- calming the whole country of this mess?

Observing closely, Shockwave watched as Sophia asked Nightwing to change. It was enchanting, seeing someone look so passionate. Gwen swallowed the lump in her throat when she asked Gwen to change her clothes as well. Shockwave sighed at the costume she held. I guess every moment calls for something. She told herself reassuringly. With a nod, Gwen quickly complied, only to realize she had no idea where exactly she could change.

"Psst, can you show me where I can change?" Gwen asked Nightwing curiously, cupping her mouth so it appeared as if she whispered. Hopefully she could change in time to hear the information that Pepper got to hear. It must be nice being so high up in politics-- everything that one would know. "Be careful!" She warned the rest who waited jokingly.

[Dick Grayson]

(OOC: Have to get going after this post, but please continue!)

Dick Grayson felt himself practically melt as Sophia laid a hand on his neck. It was warm and comforting, and he was more than happy to have his best friend back. He admired her a great deal, and was quite proud that she was turning into a kind of leader.

"Come on", he said towards Gwen after the brunette seemingly dismissed them by turning her attention to Pepper. He started off towards some of the back rooms where the Titans and Outsiders had often suited up.

"Be careful with that information!", he called back to the two women with a smile on his face. "Beetle would hate to have his work lost!"

With the last few words Dick walked off with Gwen following behind him.

[Pepper]

Pepper was more than willing to help out Ted Kord, whom she often enjoyed a slight flirtation with. He was one of the few business partners Tony had that Pepper honestly enjoyed talking to. At the same time serious and comical, not to mention handsome and smart, she often made little hesitation where he was concerned. It did come as an extreme surprise when Dick turned around and referred to Ted as 'Beetle'. He didn't mean the villain Beetle did he? Or - the Blue Beetle? The one who had helped save Pepper when Trenton had robbed the bank?

Pepper was more than eager to help out Trenton now, out of sheer curiosity! She did have some misgivings however, and since Trenton hadn't told her where they would have to go to get this information, she knew the time had come to trust Tony. Because she was about to put a lot of trust in his hands. She began to walk towards him, fishing in her purse. She grabbed her three weapons out of the purse and tucked them safely away in her suit, all in their little hiding niches no one knew about. Then, she tapped Tony on the shoulder and held out her purse to him. "Miss Trenton requires my assistance," she said. "I'll only be a moment." Then she leaned in and whispered, "if you lose this purse, you lose the lockchips with all of the files I pulled from the computer. As well as your backup copy of Jarvis. Don't lose this purse, Mr. Stark. I'll be back for it."

She wasn't about to entrust information about Stark Industries mixing with information from Kord industries. Nor was she putting all her eggs in one basket. Tony could hold on to the purse until she got back, and then she'd sort, divide, and save.

Moving back to Trenton's side, she said: "After you, Miss Trenton."

"Don't worry about it Dick", Sophia said happily. She wasn't faking that joy. Her plans were running so smoothly it was almost pathetic. She watched as Dick and the young woman dissapeared into the winding hallways.

She waited patently as Pepper muttered something to Stark and handed him her purse. She really couldn't help but roll her eyes. Still, that was a good thing. No cell phone or defensive items.Moments later the tall woman returned to Sophia and she smiled sweetly.

"It not far at all. A few blocks. I don't have a car though, but it shall be speedy", she reported to the assistant.

Sophia made small talk on the way over. She talked about Ted Kord, Dick Grayson, her life as a superhero, and asked all kinds of questions as to Peppers life. She hoped to make the woman as comfortable as possible. It wasn't long until Trenton and Potts emerged outside to where Tony had parked his beautiful car.

Sophia took a swift step behind Pepper and pressed down suddenly with deft fingers about the fair skinned womans neck. A pressure point was all it took to take most people down. She wasn't sure how long this would last, and she quickly called in Spot and Deadpool.

"I'm ready for you two..."

[The Spot]

The Spot suddenly heard Sophia's voice come from the communicators she had left with him and Deadpool. "Seems that we're needed." He said to the mercenary in the room, and then formed a warp portal in front of himself. "After you, Mr. Deadpool." He said as he motioned to the portal that would cause him to appear only a couple feet behind Trenton.

[Deadpool]

"thats ok i can't spell that anyway" said deadpool as he was about to pull out another drawer full of stuff the communicators went off

"I'm ready for you two!"

"Oh goody!" said Deadpool as he clapped his swords together' Running around now he grabbed the communicators and threw the other one to spot. "Ok mc'flurry, lets get going, i've got a distraction to make!"

[The Spot]

The Spot grabbed the communicator when the merc tossed it to him, and then approached. "Call me a name like that again and I'll trap you in my dimension until the apocalypse comes upon us all." He motioned to the portal once more. "Got it, pool boy?" He asked with a cockeyed smile, waiting for Deadpool to go through the portal.

[Deadpool]

sticking out his tongue, he walked towards the portal, Sounds like a fun time to me" he said then smiling again "pool boy hey, i can clean peoples pools" he said smirking

stepping into the black portal he pointed ( evidently into nothing 'starting with this Sophia chick, reow!" fingering the spot some more 'what exactly am i to be expecting here?"

[The Spot]

"Oh, good grief." The Spot said as he looked at Deadpool. He finally just kicked the man into the portal, which would most likely result in him falling on the asphalt behind Trenton. The black-spotted individual then walked casually through the warp portal, and came out on the other side. Once through the portal disappeared in a small flash.
"Sorry we took so long." He said to Sophia. "I couldn't get the pool boy to shut his trap and just walk through the portal." Spot stated plainly.

[Deadpool]

Deadpool was one second in an apartment, the next his face had hit asphalt. He stayed there for a while making sure he swapped one of his hands for a gun before he got up. Jumping up quickly he flipped onto his feet and shot a couple of bullets into the air
"DISTRACTION!!!!!" he yelled as he began to teleport around on the spot firing haphazard bullets everywhere.

When he spent his clip, Deadpool stopped waiting for the inetivable barrage of 'hero types' Stopping he looked around, it was just everyone else who was there before. Putting his gun back to whence it came deadpool looked at everyone for a while "well...whattya looking at!?"
