At just that moment Batgirl landed on Oracle's balcony and came in through her open window. As she did so, she heard what Huntress was saying and thought (rather annoyedly)"Ms. Hyper?!? I'm not hyper, I just like to keep busy that's all!!!!"
She then said to Huntress (rather irritatedly) "I overheard everything you just said and frankly I'm a little insulted by you calling me hyper. I just like to keep busy."

"You are very hyper for an ex-assassin didn't they teach you how to be quite?" A seemly male voice said from a corner a being in black and gold slipped out of the shadows. He looked like a guy even sounded like one but unless but was far from one on the inside but very few people knew this which is how he had wanted it. Ronin had been hiding in the shadows for a while now watching everything that was being talked about it was only now that he decided to show himself to everyone else in the room.

Huntress raised her hands as Batgirl finally arrived. "Hey I didn't say it's a bad thing! Loosen up kiddo." a crooked smile rose to her lips. God knows I've been called worse than Ms Hyper! She strolled to grab the nearest chair and sat on it. She threw a glance at the fellow in the shadows. "Even former assassins have their louder days I persume." Huntress commented leaning back on the chair. To be honest the Chinese food wasn't all that comfortably in her stomach. All this jumping around after eating did not fill good.

Oracle grinned as she remembered the mute assassin that Batgirl had been when she had first taken up the domino mask. Compared to who she was now the two could be compleatly different people. Not that Batgirl was really - normal - compared to other girls her age, but at least she wasn't suicidal anymore.
A voice spoke from the corner and Babs twisted around so fast her neck cracked rather painfully. Rubbing it ruefully, she watched as a figure, male by the looks of it, walked from his cover. Cursing herself silently for not dealing with all the junk there, she said as nonchalontly as she could,
"And how exactly would you know that, -" she trailed off, expecting a name. Drumming her fingers against the arm rest was the only indication that she was worried. She must be getting old, a year or two ago nobody would have been able to get through her state or the art surveillance systems.
Annoyed at herself for not being able to notice this new person's arrival, the redhead mimicked Huntress's cool show. Ever so slowly slipping her other hand into a pocket and curling her fingers calmly against the cool, deadly metal of a batarang. Just in case.

"I'm late. I know", Dinah said with a smile directed at Barbara. She had come in through the fire escape, not much wanting to attract the attention of those in the offices of Barbaras apartment. She eyed the others in the room. Not many, but the Birds were always a tiny group. Huntress was there, and that was good enough for Dinah.
Her eyebrow raised as her fishnet covered legs swung inside and she glanced from Ted to the stranger in the corner. "What made the boys club decide to show?", she said in a slightly serious tone. Ted was always welcome. He was a great guy.
It was the stranger that caught Dinahs actual interest, and she kept her eyes focused on him as she finished entering the room.

Oracle offered a real smile when Dinah entered the building. So far so good. As the women came trickling into Barbara's apartment, so too came her confidence that this had been a good idea. "Don't worry, somehow I'm getting the feeling that people are going to be coming for a long time yet."
So what made the boy's club decide to show? Smiling Babs answered "Oh, you know guys. Couldn't let a group of girls gather without them."
Apart from her joking, however, Oracle kept an eye on the man in the corner. Whoever he was, and something made Oracle curious as to wheather he was even just that - a he; Barbara didn't like that fact that they had just managed to get into her apratment like that, and therefore, Oracle kept a firm grip on her weapon in her pocket.

Ronin laughed at the fact Oracle couldn't figure him out "I can't believe the great all seeing and all knowing Oracle can't figure me out." He said as he moved from the corner and jumped onto the back of the couch moving closer to the group of people. "Promise I wont bite." He said after he crouched down ready to jump out of the way if need be. Ronin kept an eye on Huntress and Black Canary they had short fuses who knew what would set them off. Not that he would have to worry to much about Canary's Cry but her fighting skills were another thing and Huntress was another story.

A genuine smile rose to Huntress' lips when she spotted Dinah swoop in with her trashy fishnet stockings. She waved at her slightly as a greeting but didn't bother to get up from her chair. It was nice to see Canary again, it had been a while. Made it feel like the good old Birds of Prey again.
"Oh, you know guys. Couldn't let a group of girls gather without them." Huntress rolled her eyes. "Where there's girls there's always one guy for each breast" She sighed with her voice filled with sarcasm and then she winked at Ted to take the edge off. "Not that I mind..."
"I can't believe the great all seeing and all knowing Oracle can't figure me out." Promise I wont bite."
Huntress glanced at the man suspicious, watching him move forward. She wasn't sure what to think of that one. Should she be getting annoyed or just see how it plays out?

Batgirl then whispered to Huntress,"Is it just me or does there seem to be something more to our mystery guest than meets the eye? Something distinctly female underneath that male exterior?" Batgirl then studied the mystery guest in depth and thought "I wonder if even though this person wants to pass themselves off as male they're really female. There's just something in the way they move which suggests even though the surface says male they're really female underneath."

"Is it just me or does there seem to be something more to our mystery guest than meets the eye? Something distinctly female underneath that male exterior?"
Huntress frowned at Batgirl's strange comment. Something female? She looked at the muscular man confused. Something female??? Huntress allowed her elbow rest on the back of the chair while her cheek leaned against her palm. This required thinking. She figured it would be nothing new to face a shapeshifter but why pretend to be a man of all things? Immediately her mind flooded with reasonable answers to that one so she scratched out her question. Instead she just shrugged at Batgirl and silently kept her eyes on the man. She should see where this was going.

I can't believe that great all seeing and all knowing Oracle can't figure me out.
Barbara's face flushed at the insult but forced her voice to stay cheery. "Maybe I do have you figured out." She said tauntingly. "Maybe I'm just an incredibly good actor." Lies, of course, but who would know that? Out of the corner of her eye, Babs saw Batgirl whisper something to Huntress, and suddenly Helena's attentions on the new man sharpen. Whatever it was, Oracle, too, looked closer at this new arrival.
There did seem something familliar about the way he moved. It wasn't quite right, didn't fit with the rest of him. However, Barbara couldn't put a name on it, and so her suspician only grew. To the man, Oracle said carefully,
"I would ask how exactly you knew to come, when you did, and more importantly, how you got through all my sensor's unnoticed." Though Oracle knew she really ought to be more worried about a strange and quite possible dangerous man knowing altogether too much about the Birds, the thing that really peeved her was how he got in.
