(Got this idea from an old episode of Angel where he gets turned into a puppet and wonder what would happen if it happened here. For those of you who are wondering you don't have to be a puppet you can be human and make fun of the puppet people at your own risk...)
Tony opened his eyes and sat up sitting on the edge of the bed still half a sleep he went to stand up only to fall flat on his face as he hit the floor lying there for a moment before sitting up and rubbed his sore nose a few times then stopped it didn't feel right. Moving his hand from his nose he felt the rest of his face it felt it didn't feel like skin, getting up he ran into the bathroom to look into the mirror only to find he was to short to see into it.
"This is not happening, This is not happening, This is not happening..." Tony said as he ran out of the bathroom and out of his bedroom and into the hall heading for Peppers bedroom hoping she was there. Half way to her room he stop and fell to the ground gasping for air the hall seemed a lot longer when your very short. After a few moments of resting he got up and began running again only stopping for a rest when he got to the door. He began pounding on the door with his little fists "PEPPERRRRRRR!!!!" He yelled as he hit the door forgetting he was only dressed in his now little black boxers and his hair was a mess.

"Will you stop screaming like a little girl." Slade said walking up to where Tony was he too was some how turned into a puppet like Tony but wasn't freaking out about it like the man or puppet was at the moment. He was dressed in his body armor only missing the mask which he had in his hand "Do you really want Pepper to see you like that?" the one eyed white haired man asked even as a puppet he looked like he could kill you five ways to Sunday.

Tony stopped what he was doing and turned to look at Slade "I don't scream like a little girl." He said giving him a nasty look. "Maybe your right...I can't believe I just said that..." he said as he scratched the back of his head thought "What happened to us?" He asked after a moment of thinking. "This isn't some weird thing you did is it?" He asked the man knowing it would be a little far out there even for Slade.

Pepper had been happily enjoying a dream of a nature she would never dare to relate to her boss...but she later considered the irony of waking up to him shouting her name. Of course in the dream he hadn't sounded terrified. Something was wrong. Rising from the bed, hair a-tousle, and wearing her white shifty nightgown, she walked to her door and opened it.
The sight before her stunned her. Tony was dressed in simply boxers (look don't look look don't look look), and Deathstroke in full armor. She hadn't thorugh to bring her taser and so just stood there. As she slowly continued to wake up, she realized what looked so odd. "Is this a joke?" she asked, a little slurred from sleep. "You both look like kids' puppets!"

Slade looked up at Pepper who decided to join them after all "A joke to someone it seems." he said as his single eye looked Pepper over "I doubt we're the only ones it happened to." He said turning side ways and crossing his arms over his chest. "You might want to put some clothes on Stark so Ms. Potts wont be drooling over you." He said after a moment he couldn't read minds but he was very good at reading people.

Tony's eyes widen when Slade's words hit him he then turned around and looked up at Pepper then jumped behind Slade "Yes, well I didn't plan on waking up this morning the size of a ventriloquist puppet I don't have anything to wear in other words then what I already have on." He said from behind the Assassin. He then looked down at Slade "What do you do sleep in your armor?" He asked.

Pepper rolled her eyes and spread her arms. "It's not like I'm wearing anything better, boys," she sighed. She dropped her arms and ran her fingers through her hair, then stopped to listen to the conversation before her. And suddenly, impulsively, began to giggle.
It was rather hilarious. Her self-confident, self-assured boss was hiding behind a man in full armor and both of them looked like they were about to be used in a kids' circus.
"So what do you propose we do about this problem?" she asked, barely recovering from her giggles - and then started right up again immediately after finishing her sentence.

There was a scream and moments later a door opened and a very angry Emma Frost marched out of her room and down the hall to where the small group was. Her eyes narrowed as she looked at the boys then to Pepper "Who did this?" She asked trying not to yell as well as forgetting her hair was a mess and she had on a lot less then what Pepper had on at this point she really didn't care she just wanted to rip apart whoever did this to her.

"That's none of your business." Slade replied to Tony's question about him sleeping in his armor he then frowned at Pepper who was laughing at them "Find out who did this to us and beat them until they turn us when ever you get done laughing." he said before grabbing Tony and tossing him at Peppers feet "We don't know that yet Emma." He said as he shaking his head.

Rachel opened her door and stepped out into the hall "What's going on out here?" She asked as she looked from Pepper down to what the woman was looking at "I didn't know you where the type to play with dolls Pepper." She said walking over to the group and stopped when one of the puppets turned and glared at her that's when it hit her "OH...MY...GOD!" She said before cracking up laughing "Emma is a PUPPET!!" She said before falling on her butt from laughing to hard.

"Somebody - please - just kill me now." Raven said, looking down at herself. Tiny hands and feet, ittsy bittsy appendages all around. She couldn't even bring herself to mock the others who had been puppitized, expecally Deathstroke and Emma.
"I feel used." She contenued hiding her face with her wooden hands. "Probably by a kindergardener last."

Tony landed at Pepper's feet and shot a glare at Slade before looking at Rachel who was laughing at Emma for being turned into a puppet. He was about to say something when Raven showed up "What were you doing with a kinder gardener before you where changed?" He asked with a raised brow wondering what in the world she was doing.
Tony caught something out of the corner of his eye it was Slade mocking him getting angry he foot ball tackled the man to the ground only to get thrown off in mid air he flipped his body so he would land on his feet. All that training he had with Cap was paying off as he began trading blows with Slade.

Pepper sighed and shook her head, then picked up Tony in one hand and Slade in the other. "Both of you stop," she said very firmly. "Or I'm putting one of you in the sink and the other in the bathtub and running the water. Cold water."
She held the two of them and looked at the others. "Someone's having a laugh at your expense. For now, why don't you all come in out of the hall so people don't see you - and so you don't get kicked around thinking you're some weird new doll."
She propped her door open, waiting to see if they would come in. She then moved to her desk and set Slade on it, then put Tony on her nightstand on the other side of her room. "I mean what I said about that cold water," she added. "Don't think I can't or won't."

X-23 was crouched in her hiding place watching everything that was going on it seemed she wasn't the only one who had been changed some how. Dropping down from her hiding spot she followed Pepper into the room where she took the others and watched as she placed Slade on the desk and Tony on the nightstand before running off to hid again to see what was going to happen next and hoped Pepper didn't see her she didn't want to be put on the bed or dresser or some other weird place. As she sat there she began to wonder if her claws where still metal or turned into something else she looked down at her hand for a moment before ducking down as Pepper began to move.

Emma gave Rachel such a glare that it gave a new meaning to if looks could kill the red head would have gone up in flames right then and there. Then followed Pepper inside only because the woman had a point she didn't want anymore people seeing her like this it was bad enough that Rachel had she almost wished it had happen to her what happened to them. Emma spun around on her heel to face said red head "Don't you dare tell anyone about this." She said her voice icy before she turned and stormed into the room.
